HISTORICAL

      Our Microfinance launches its activities in April 2010 with the name EB-ACCION Microfinance SA., which it inherits from its two major partners. Over time, the Ecobank Group gains more in the capital shares and becomes a majority shareholder. At the end of 2016, the Ecobank group decides to label all its group subsidiaries by changing the names of the latter to take the name of ‘Pan-African Saving & Loan.’

The Rebranding activities initiated at the beginning of 2017 really takes shape and is officially launched on 21/03/2017. EB-ACCION Microfinance SA. becomes Pan-African Savings & Loans SA.

     Pan-African Savings & Loans SA is a microfinance institution of category 2, MINFI authorization N ° 00000331 OF 15 OCT 2OO9, with capital of 781 MILLIONS FCFA. Its legal status is: ANONIMOUS COMPANY.
